I practice herbal medicine with the intention of helping clients reconnect with Nature to restore, balance and maintain their health. To me, caring for our health means caring for our whole person not simply focusing on disease.
Working together with plants, herbs, whole foods and flower essences, we can heal at the deepest level and experience joy and insight into the living breathing Earth that exists to support and nurture us.
I am a graduate of the ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism and am working toward my Practitioner Certification in Flower Essence Therapy with David Dalton of Delta Gardens.
My training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda (India), Eclectic herbalism (early American), European phytotherapy, Flower Essence Therapy and some traditional Native American herbalism.
I have also studied at Living Wisdom Ayurveda, The School of Practical Philosophy, and the Institute of Culinary Education.
