Mint Family: Digestion to Cognition. Rosemary to Oregano and Thyme | 148

This talk was presented at the Medicines from the Earth Herb Symposium in June of 2018. Mary Bove emphasizes the many uses of the mint family in increasing cognition and mental alertness, aiding sleep, quelling anxiety, managing thyroid conditions and much more. She talks about her favorite recipes and the modern research that reinforces centuries-old traditional uses. Medicinal applications of rosemary, lemon balm, spearmint, holy basil, lavender, oregano and thyme from Mary's own clinical experience are all included.

Mary Bove will again be speaking at Medicines from the Earth May 29 - June 1, 2020 in Black Mountain, North Carolina. See the program here.
